Biografi William franklyn miller

William Franklyn Miller berasal dari Melnourne, Australia. Dia lahir di London pada tanggal 25 Maret 2004. keluarganya pindah dari London ke  Australia pada tahun 2013.

Dia juga merupakan model cilik paling tampan di dunia. Tidak hanya berperan sebagai model william juga pernah memerankan Jack Irish dalam TV show di negaranya dan film neighbour.ia sudah menjadi model selama 5 tahun.

Dia menjadi tenar di internet setelah seorang gadis Jepang mengunggah fotonya di Twitter.
Foto yang diunggah gadis Jepang tersebut jadi viral di Twitter dan Instagram.
Dilansir dari Daily Mail, alhasil, Miller mendapat ratusan follower per hari.
Awalnya, ibu dari William Franklyn-Miller khawatir kalau akun putranya di-hack.

Panggilan Cameron Dallas. Ia Lahir di Sanbernardino California pada tanggal 8 September 1994.

Cameron terkenal sebagai Internet sensasional dalam kategori famous viner.

Ia juga pernah bergabung dengan Magcon Tour hingga April 2014 lalu yang kemudian keluar bersama ke 3 sahabatnya Nash, Hayes dan Carter untuk bergabung di manajemen baru bernama 26MGMT.

Dia keluar dari 26MGMT dan sempat dikontrak beberapa Agency. Karena aktifitasnya yang menurutnya biasa-biasa saja akhirnya Cam kembali membangun Magcon dengan nama “New magcon” dia mengundang beberapa guest stars yang kebanyakan jebolan Musical.ly

Cameron terlahir dari keluarga sederhana. Dia mempunyai kakak yang bernama Sierra Dallas.

A.pengertian K3LH
Upaya untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi kecelakaan pada tempat kerja

B. Keselamatan Kerja
Yaitu usaha untuk sedapat mungkin memberikan jaminan kondisi kerja yang aman dan sehat untuk mencegah kecelakaan,cacat dan kematian sebagai akibat kecelakaan kerja pada setiap karyawan dan untukmelindungi sumber daya manusia.

Faktor-faktor pendukung keselamatan kerja yaitu:
1. Pengaturan jam kerja dengan memperhatikan kondisi fit untuk pekerja
2. Pengaturan jam istirahat yang memadai untuk menjaga kestabilan untuk bekerja
3. Pengaturan Penggunaan peralatan kantor yang menjamin kesehatan kerja pekerja
4. Pengaturan Sikap tubuh dan anggota badan yang efektif yang tidak menimbulkan gangguan ketika bekerja
5. Penyediaan sarana untuk melindungi keselamatan kerja pekerja
6. Kedisiplinan pekerja untuk mentaati ketentuan penggunaan peralatan kerja dan perlindungan keselamatan kerja yang telah disediakan dan diatur dengan SOP (Standard Operating Prosedur) yang telah ditetapkan

C. Kesehatan Kerja
Yaitu Suatu kondisi yang optimal/ maksimal dengan menunjukkan keadaan yang fit untuk mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan kerja dalam rangka menyelesaikan proses penyelesaian pekerjaan secara efektif.
Faktor-faktor pendukung kesehatan kerja yaitu:
1. Pola makan yang sehat dan bergizi
2. Pola pengaturan jam kerja yang tidak menganggu kesehatan pekerja
3. Pola pengaturan istirahat yang cukup pada pekerja/ profesiona
4. Pola pengaturan tata cara sikap bekerja secara ergonomi
5. Pola pengaturan lingkungan yang harmonis yang tidak mengganggu kejiwaan
6. Pola pengaturan tata ruang kerja sehat
7. Pola pengaturan tata warna dinding dan perabotan yang tidak ganggu kesehatan

9. Pola perlindungan atas penggunaan peralatan yang menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan

D. Dasar Hukum K3
Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja. Yang diatur oleh Undang-Undang ini adalah keselamatan kerja dalam segala tempat kerja baik di darat, di dalam tanah, di permukaan air, di dalam air maupun di udara, yang berada di dalam wilayah kekuasaan hukum Republik Indonesia.

E. Tujuan K3

1. Melindungi tenaga kerja atas hak keselamatannya dalam melakukan pekerjaan untuk kesejahteraan hidup dan meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitas nasional
2. Menjamin keselamatan setiap orang lain yang berada di tempat kerja tersebut
3. Memeliharan sumber produksi agar dapat digunakan secara aman dan efisien

F. Kebijakan dan Prosedur K3
a) Unsur manusia :
 Merupakan upaya preventif agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan atau paling tidak untuk menekan timbulnya kecelakaan menjadi seminimal mungkin (mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan).
 Mencegah atau paling tidak mengurangi timbulnya cidera, penyakit, cacat bahkan kematian yang diakibatkan oleh kecelakaan kerja.
 Menyediakan tempat kerja dan fasilitas kerja yang aman, nyaman dan terjamin sehingga etos kerja tinggi, produktifitas kerja meningkat.
 Penerapan metode kerja dan metode keselamatan kerja yang baik sehingga para pekerja dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien.
 Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja.

b) Unsur pekerjaan :
 Mengamankan tempat kerja, peralatan kerja, material (bahan-bahan), konstruksi, instalasi pekerjaan dan berbagai sumber daya lainnya.
 Meningkatkan produktifitas pekerjaan dan menjamin kelangsungan produksinya.
 Terwujudnya tempat kerja yang aman, nyaman dan terjamin kelangsungannya.
 Terwujudnya pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang tepat waktu dengan hasil yang baik dan memuaskan.

c) Unsur perusahaan :
 Menekan beaya operasional pekerjaan sehingga keuntungan menjadi lebih besar, perusahaan bisa lebih berkembang dan kesejahteraan karyawan dapat ditingkatkan.
 Mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan (pemberi kerja) sehingga kesempatan perusahaan untuk mencari dan mendapatkan pekerjaan lebih banyak.
