Assalamualaikum...Hay guys, hari ini saya akan membuat blog tentang cara mengobati panas dalam dengan bahan alami. nih, pasti kalian pernah kan merasa panas dalam? tentu saja rasanya pasti sakit dan sangat mengganggu yakan? baiklah berikut adalah cara cara mengobati panas dalam dengan menggunakan bahan alami :

1. Minum air kelapa hijau muda

Tahukah kamu apa kandungan air kelapa muda itu? air satu ini ternyata mengandung senyawa elektrolit yang cukup tinggi. Selain bermanfaat untuk mencegah dehidrasi dan meningkatkan ion tubuh, kandungan tersebut juga bisa membantu mengobati panas dalam.

Cara mengobati panas dalam dengan air kelapa:

• Sebenarnya kamu bisa meminum langsung air kelapa segar. Namun agar hasilnya maksimal jangan lupa campurkan madu alami
• Minum secara rutin minimal sebanyak 1 kali dalam seminggu. Biasanya dalam jangka waktu 3 hari, panas dalam sudah sembuh total.                    

 

2. Madu dan perasan lemon

Madu merupakan minuman yang mengandung berbagai macam nutrisi. Mulai dari kandungan nutrisi mineral alami, vitamin, dan masih banyak lagi. Kandungan-kandungan inilah yang cukup bermanfaat untuk menjaga kondisi tubuh, salah satunya mengobati panas dalam.

Namun agar hasilnya maksimal, campurkan madu bersama dengan lemon. Buah lemon sendiri mengandung vitamin C yang cukup tinggi. Dengan demikian, sangatlah baik untuk mengatasi panas dalam.

Cara mengobati panas dalam dengan madu dan lemon:

• Campurkan 6 sendok makan madu alami dengan 3 sendok makan perasan air lemon
• Setelah itu, minumlah ramuan tersebut secara rutin sebanyak 2x sehari. Kamu bisa meminumnya sebelum tidur dan setelah bangun tidur

3. Kencur

Obat alami panas dalam selanjutnya adalah kencur. Biasanya kencur atau kunir banyak digunakan untuk memasak, tetapi setelah dilakukan penelitian ternyata rempah asli Asia ini mengandung mineral alami yang bisa membantu menurunkan panas dalam. Bahkan kencur juga cukup efektif untuk mengatasi batuk berdahak dan kering.

Cara mengobati panas dalam dengan kencur:

• Siapkan kencur berukuran 2-3 ibu jari
• Selanjutnya kupas, cuci, dan parut kencur tadi sampai halus
• Peras halusan kencur tadi sampai menghasilkan sari berwarna kuning pekat

Campurkan beberapa ml air hangat agar tak terlalu pekat, kemudian konsumsi secara rutin setidaknya 1x sehari sampai sembuh.
